I purchased a carpet from Simply Carpets over two years ago. It was for a guest bedroom .The carpet still looks as though no-one has stepped on it but the fitting is appalling. It has lifted in a pleat and shows lots of ripples. It needs stretching out. When I contacted simply Carpets they told me it was out of any warrenty. I offered to pay the fitter to deal with it --Simply Carpets do not want to know. I would never use them again.
